| Terms and Conditions Purchasing Goods from our Online store Every effort has been made by BigEasyPhones to make the information about products services and the pricing on our website as accurate as possible, however customers should be aware that discrepancies and human error may occur. If we discover a mistake in the information on the site we will rectify quickly and notify any customers that this may involve. If the error is with pricing we will contact the customer with the correct price and they can then decide if they would like to proceed or cancel there order. Methods of Payment Accepted by BigEasyPhones & Pricing Information We only accept Online Payment by card or by telephone 0844 257 8000 You can use the following cards to make online payments on our website: Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro/Switch/Solo & MasterCard Please note that at the moment we can't accept payments from abroad and we are currently a UK only website. Any orders & information made by those under 18 years of age must be made with the consent of a parent or carer. The cardholder must be available to give information if the person ordering is under the age of 18. Please Note we reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. All Prices are subject to change at any time up to the time the order is shipped. if a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either cancelling the order or continuing with the order at the correct price. In all cases BigEasyPhones requires receipt of cleared funds in pounds sterling, Prior to goods being shipped. Fraud BigEasyPhones will not tolerate attempts to make orders by fraudulent means. Any attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities and all information we have been given will be passed on to them. The Right to Cancel Under the consumer protection distance selling regulations 2000, you will have the right to cancel your order within seven days of delivery. This will start the day after your goods are delivered. To cancel your order you must email us at customerservices@BigEasyPhones.com This must be done within 7 working days of your delivery and you must quote your order reference number and give the full reason for wanting to cancel your order. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED TO BigEasyPhones IN A SECURE AND SAFE MANNER. BigEasyPhones will only accept back goods that are in the condition in which they were originally sent out. All packaging and any product covers e.g. plastic screen covers on a mobile phone must be intact and any accessories must also be sent back e.g. memory cards. If any of the original items supplied with the product are missing then BigEasyPhones reserve the right to either refuse to accept the product back and it will be sent back to the customer at the customers cost or a further charge will be made to the customer based on the parts missing. The items that may come with a product are, but not limited too, mains chargers, box, manual, warranty details, covers, facias, memory cards, protective covers etc. An admin fee of £35 will also be made to cover the cost of dealing with these issues.
THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS OF RETURNING GOODS TO BIGEASYPHONES FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING FAULTY RETURNS. Also Please Note that the product must be delivered back to BigEasyPhones within 14 days from when the customer receives the product or we will reserve the right not to cancel the order. Manufacturers Warranty Once you are over the 14day faulty return period we cannot accept faulty goods back however if the product carries a manufacturers warranty, any items returned to us will be forwarded on to the relevant manufacturer and we will contact you as soon as we have your product back either returned or replaced. If your product has been classed as beyond economical repair there will be a £25.00 charge + postage and packaging to have the goods returned to you this is an admin charge we have to pass on to you from the repair centres. – We do not have our own in-house repair facilities. Customers Information By ordering on our website you are authorising BigEasyPhones to use, store or otherwise process any personnel information which relates to and identifies you, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number and address to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfil your order, market/communicate products and services and deal with any enquires relating to the same whether by BigEasyPhones, our partners, associates or sub-contractors. If you would like to request information or review or modify any part of your personal information then you should e-mail us at customerservices@BigEasyPhones.com If you choose to purchase any products through our website or give us personnel information then we may collect information about your buying patterns also if you send us personal correspondence such as emails or letters then we may collect this information into a file specific to you. All such information collected by BigEasyPhones shall be referred to in these terms & conditions as 'personal information’. We do not store financial information. A Contract or Agreement for the products selected shall only be formed once our confirmation of order email message has been correctly sent to you ISP's Server. It is your responsibility to verify your mailbox is properly working and you must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures. Complaints Policy Our business is based around high quality customer service but on the rare occasion we receive a complaint we aim to deal with it as fairly and effectively as possible. Security & Privacy Security We are very confident that our customer order system is 100% secure. We use a 128bit SSL on our online order form this is the universally recognised security system for sending information on the internet and our payment processing company is PAYPAL. Privacy Statement BigEasyPhones will not knowingly pass any of the details we have about our customers or any visitors to our website to any third party companies. We make sure we protect the privacy of your personal information using our highly secure database's. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept as secure as is possible and that the details you pass to us will be kept only to process orders. You have the right to withhold personal information that is not needed for the transaction. When processing an order, we require the details of the credit/debit card to be used in payment as well as both a delivery and billing address, email address and contact telephone number. All information is collected in accordance with the data protection act 1998. We do not store financial information. We also reserve the right to refuse the fulfilment of any order in the event of an unsatisfactory verification of your order. You can check the information that we hold by sending us an email requesting this. If you find inaccuracies we will delete it or correct it promptly. We do however, reserve the right to pass on any details we hold to relevant authorities in the interests of prevention of crime. Delivery Order tracking Once you have placed your order it will be sent out by either Royal mail special delivery, first class recorded post, or buy courier depending on the value/size of your order. The actual price will be stated at the time you pay for the product. Please note that these postage prices are for single item orders. If you wish to buy multiple items the delivery charge will be based on Royal Mail / Courier weight related costs. If we send via Royal Mail you will be able to track your order. If we use a courier which we do in 90% of deliveries then we can only confirm the delivery day as the couriers are not on timed deliveries. They will deliver between 9am and 5:00pm on the day of delivery. (if this is the method of delivery) – If we use Fedex ANC package can also be tracked online using a tracking number Although every effort is made to get your purchase to you next day there may be times when we are out of stock which can cause a slight delay in your order so please allow up to 7 days for delivery, especially if we send out your order on a Friday these are not guaranteed to arrive on Saturday. – No Saturday deliveries as there are extra costs involved If you order Mon - Thursday before 4pm then we will endeavour to get your phone out to you for next day delivery. If you order on a Friday your phone will arrive Monday of the following week. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday then the phone will arrive Tuesday. We aim to hit these delivery times in all cases however we cannot guarantee that you phone will arrive as per this schedule due to various circumstances. Please fell free to call or email us to find out when your phone is likely to be delivered. – We need to receive orders by 12pm in order to dispatch for next day delivery Please note for delivery to Northern Ireland please allow up to 14 days for delivery. All orders processed will ONLY be delivered to the registered address of the card holder. This information will be checked at the time of the card being processed and if they do not match the order will NOT be processed. This is to combat high fraud levels in the mobile phone industry and to protect ourselves and our customers. We will deliver to work addresses BUT only after we have spoken to the customer and acquired additional security information.
